The hotel rooms are amazing, up to standard, but I encountered issues with the air conditioning that was not working properly despite several requests to fix it. The room size was too small for my liking. The service was underwhelming initially but improved with friendly and courteous staff going above and beyond. The location was great in Sandton, offering a free shuttle to the mall and train station, perfect for exploring.
